My recent experience purchasing an apartment from this company in Berlin has been quite frustrating. Unfortunately, as an international buyer, I found that the staff struggled to communicate effectively in English, which made the process more challenging than it needed to be.
Furthermore, I was surprised to encounter unexpected charges being attempted for changes to the initial project that were never requested or agreed upon. The company did not adhere to deadlines or scheduled appointments, and the project manager was often late to meetings during scheduled visits. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency regarding the status of construction, as emails went unanswered and pre-inspection notes were difficult to decipher.
When I requested clear photos or videos to show the current state of construction, they were not provided. To make matters worse, the company requested payment in advance before key handover and work completion, which was inconvenient.
Overall, I cannot recommend this company to other buyers looking for a smooth, transparent, and professional buying experience. The lack of communication, unexpected charges attempts, and disregard for deadlines and appointments made the process far more stressful and frustrating than it needed to be.
